After-sales service
1.VNG provides a standard 6-24-month warranty on all qualified products from the date of delivery.
2.During the warranty period, VNG will repair or replace products that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship.
3.Warranty service requires valid proof of purchase and product serial number.
4.The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, improper installation, accidents, modifications, or overload use.

4.Each incident will undergo root cause analysis, with feedback integrated into production and QC processes for continuous product improvement.




Pre-sales service
1.Custom Protective Packaging: All products are shipped using custom-designed interior foam inserts and heavy-duty outer cartons to ensure transit safety.
2.Model-Specific Packaging: We provide dedicated packaging that perfectly matches the suspension kit for each vehicle model, preventing mixed packaging.
3.Clear Labeling: Outer cartons are clearly marked with product model, part number, brand logo, and fragile indicators for easy identification and handling.
4.Special Requests: Customized packaging solutions (e.g., display-ready packaging, bulk shipment packaging) are available upon request.
1.Primary Methods: We accept internationally standard payment methods such as T/T (Bank Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit).
2.Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of a formal purchase order, we will issue a Proforma Invoice for payment arrangement.
3.Deposit & Balance: For large or custom orders, a deposit is typically required to initiate production, with the balance due before shipment.
